1. About Africa Dev

Africa Dev is an independent media platform covering technology news, startups, and innovation across West Africa. We publish a free weekly newsletter and offer a paid membership tier with exclusive content and podcast access.

2. Use of the Site

  • You may read, share, and link to our articles for personal or editorial purposes, provided you credit Africa Dev and link back to the original.
  • You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
  • You may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download our content.

3. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive weekly emails from Africa Dev. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. We will not use your email address for any purpose other than sending you content you have opted into.

4. Paid Membership

  • Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed at the time of sign-up and are charged in USD.
  • Membership benefits include access to the weekly digest podcast, an ad-free reading experience, early access to research reports, and a members-only newsletter.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not offer pro-rated refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Content Accuracy

Africa Dev aggregates and summarises news from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Articles link to original sources — please verify information independently before relying on it for business or investment decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content produced by Africa Dev — including editorial summaries, podcast episodes, and reports — is the intellectual property of Africa Dev. Third-party article content remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Africa Dev is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including but not limited to business losses, data loss, or decisions made based on articles published on the platform.

8. Governing Law
